Scout11 operates under a zero-tolerance safeguarding framework aligned with The Football Association (The FA), UEFA Child Safeguarding Guidelines, and UK statutory guidance (Working Together to Safeguard Children 2023). Every minor athlete is protected through verifiable identity vetting, chaperone mandates, and parental consent architecture.
If you suspect grooming, improper unchaperoned communication, or any breach of minor athlete welfare by an agent, scout, or platform user, report it immediately. Reports are routed directly to our Senior Designated Safeguarding Officer (DSO) and logged with The FA Case Management Unit.
Athletes under 16 cannot hold independent unmanaged accounts. All profile registrations for U16 athletes require verified guardian authorization. Any trial combine invite, contract discussion, or scouting inquiry dispatched by a club representative is mirrored directly to the parent’s registered mobile and email.
Every scout, club recruiter, and intermediary on Scout11 undergoes rigorous accreditation verification. We cross-reference FA Talent ID certifications, club employment contracts, and valid Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificates before granting scouting search privileges.
Under no circumstances may a minor athlete attend a trial showcase, private fitness testing, or medical consultation alone. A registered parent, guardian, or officially licensed club welfare chaperone must be physically present throughout all combine drills, locker room briefings, and physical testing.
All direct communications between club scouts and players are recorded on immutable audit logs. Scouts cannot initiate private 1-on-1 calls or bypass registered guardian channels. Automated NLP filtering flags inappropriate language, unauthorized rendezvous requests, and non-compliant contact channels.
